Returns & Refunds

We want all of our customers to be in love with our products. If that isn’t the case, give us a shot to make it right. All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in excellent condition.

Store Credit - Full Refund

If you choose this option you will get 100% of the purchase price in the form of store credit

Cashback - Partial Refund

We will refund you the purchase amount less the cost of return shipping (typically $10-$15)

How To Request A Return

  1. Contact us with your order number or full name + shipping address

  2. We will email you a return label to use (you pay for return shipping unless you choose store credit)

  3. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return after receiving the item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
